Design Brief
The existing house did not make use of the beautiful landscaping around it, clients for this project were looking to improve the use of the current space they had while incorporating the outdoor into living areas. The client in this instance was quite uncertain to what changes to the house were possible.
Design Solution
Through discussion and consultation we found that through complying development it was best to open up the front to water views and the inner part of the house to reach the best possible outcome. Furthermore windows and a loft space were introduced to increase space productivity and the overall spaciousness.
Design Outcome
The client’s quality of life was greatly improved through the additions and alterations made to their home.
