Design Brief
The existing 1970s home had feature brickwork internally and externally allowing for very little relationship between the inside and outside. This disconnect did not lend itself to the beautiful site the clients owned and as a result they opted for a full renovation rather than an addition or alteration.
Design Solution
A living area was moved towards the rear of the home and opened up with sliding doors and windows to view the pool area and down to the waterfront. The main home was broken up into shared family living areas and more private areas for the parents including another living area, bedroom and ensuite.
